1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Vornin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Vornin is a vulnerability management platform that provides automated security scanning, vulnerability tracking, compliance reporting, and team collaboration tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (magic link access, API keys, agent keys). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may only scan targets that you own or have explicit written authorization to scan. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited and may violate applicable laws. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan systems without authorization
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access other customers' data
- Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Reverse engineer or redistribute scan engine components
5. Subscription plans
The Service offers Free, Team, Business, and Enterprise plans with different feature sets and quotas. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (targets, configurations). Scan results and vulnerability data generated by the Service are owned by you. We do not share your data with third parties.
7. Service level
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
Vornin is a scanning and reporting tool. We do not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities. You remain responsible for your own security posture. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
